Vancouver Swaps!

Here's another fabulous swap from the Vancouver reginoals last month.  This one uses the soon to be retired 'Bliss' set from Saleabration.  This beauty was created byh Laurel Taylor.  I don't have a website to refer you to unfortunately.  I know she used Cherry Cobbler, Basic Black, and Whisper White.  She also used the Square Lattice Textured Impressions folder and the Wide Oval and Wide Label punches.
