I must admit, I found this challenge really difficult.
I pulled some of my colours from the photo. I added these little banners to reflect the photo's banner.
I made the flower because of all the little flowers at the bottom of the picture.
The polka dot DSP matches the polka dotted tablecloth in the picture.
