This card was dreamed up for the Handwritten challenge over at Moxie Fab World. I had this vellum overlay from DCWV that said "wish" and I knew I wanted to make it the focus of a card.
I have also added this to the stitching challenge over at Virginia's View.
I used this gorgeous paper from Authentique. I bought a mini 6x6 pack and now I really want to get my hands on the 12x12 version. The crochet flowers are from Michaels and SU. The button and brad are from Recollections, the sequins are from Michaels, and the twine is from Hemptique.
I've been trying out some new techniques with stitching on cards and I think it's getting better - practice makes perfect right?
thanks again for stopping by today - three days in a row now!
I'm on a roll!
cheers
Sandra

Gorgeous!! LOVE the crochet flowers!
Your elements are gorgeous, Sandra! And of course, the stitched borders just added that special something to the design, isn't it? Thanks for playing Virginia's View Challenge.
What a stunning card!! I love the colors, the distressing and the stitching around the edges. Beautiful details!!
