This card was made without Stampin Up paper. And the stamp is from Stampin' Up but I can't remember the name of the set (retired). Then I used the 1 1/4 inch and 1 3/8 inch circle punches and the scallop circle. Everythings was held together with snail and popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals. I really love this glitter paper. It's from K & Co.
